He was predeceased by: his father David Neff; his stepfather Scott Brislawn; his uncle Norman Fedders; and his aunt Crystal Fedders. He is survived by: his wife Traci Levesque; his daughter Zoe Neff; the mother of his child Traci Neff of Tiffin, IA; his mother Glenda Brislawn (Fedders); his sister Alicia Brislawn (Dwaune Weimer) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his aunt Sherry Jabaay; his uncles, Ken Fedders and Rich Fedders (Mary); his stepmother Janis Bowden; his stepsiblings, Heidi Shaw (Tony), Brian Brislawn (Angel), Shannon Brislawn, Jessica Kimple and Jonathan Kimple; and his close friends, Dana Bailey and Angela Geno-Stumme. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family members and friends.
