It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Brogan (North Liberty, Iowa), who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Louise Brogan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Maxey and Grace Maxey (Huffman); her husband Maynard Brogan; and her siblings, Jim, Art, Valentine Maxey, Irene Funk, Anita Funk, Hazel Vrchotichy, Doris Stanfield and Nina Matthess.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Brogan (Julie) of North Liberty, Dennis Brogan (Karen) of North Liberty and Nancy Williams (David) of Flower Mound, Texas; and her brother Stephen Maxey (Esther). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the North Liberty Fire Department in her name.
