He is survived by: his parents, Dan Pavlovec and Vicki Pavlovec (Goerend); his sons, Evan and Riehle; his brothers, Matt Pavlovec (Jacolyn) of Rosemount, MN, Ryan Pavlovec (DeAnna) of Arvada, CO and Dan Jackson of Arvada, CO.; his grandmothers, Rosie "Tiny" Goerend of St Lucas, IA and Grace Pavlovec of Fort Atkinson, IA.; his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Ella of Rosemount, MN, Mya, Emma and Gavin of Arvada, CO.; his aunts and uncles, Jeanne Adams of West Union, IA, Bob Goerend (Juli) of Urbandale, IA, Dave Goerend (Darla) of Saint Lucas, IA and Maureen Sailsbury (Sean) of West Union, IA; his children, Jim Goerend of Dubuque, IA, Millie Murray of Freeport, IA, Mary Hayek (Al) of Fort Atkinson, IA, Michael Pavlovec of Decorah, IA and Joe Pavlovec (Laura) of Fairview Heights, IL.; his cousins, Sam Murray (Patty), Katie Yocum (Phil), Phil Hayek (Amanda), Jon Hayek (Miranda), Ali Albertson (Brandon), Dominic Hayek (Carlee), Brandy Montano, Joey Pavlovec, Gracie Pavlovec, Rosie Pavlovec, Jolene Goerend, Russ Goerend (Becky), Marisa Krivachek (Max), Mason Goerend, Suzy and Cat Harney of North Liberty, IA.; his uncle Pat Goerend; his grandfathers, Dan Pavlovec and Ed Goerend; and his uncle Dan Murray (Mag). He is also survived by His sons, brothers, and parents.
In lieu of flowers, we request donations be made to NPR (National Public Radio) (Andy was a sustaining member), Edmunds' Park in Saint Lucas, and the Iowa Donor Network, in Andy's memory. On April 11th, 2021 Andrew Pavlovec gave the gift of life through the unselfish act of organ and tissue donation.
