He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Alice Josephine Ayers (Moore); and his sisters, Shirley Ayers and Trudy Dietze. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu of North English; his daughters, Stacy Hester (John Smith) of Marengo and Kelli Harbison (Quentin) of Ollie; his grandchildren, Paige, Mallory, Cael Hester, Drake and Delaney Harbison; and his siblings, Sandra Snow, Richard Ayers, Robert Ayers, Jr. (Sherry), Carolyn Wolffer (Greg), Patty Hudson, Brett Ayers and Tracy Ayers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A general memorial fund has been established.
