She is survived by: her children, Barbara Carter of Columbia, MO, Stephen Carter (Pam) of Washington, Richard Carter of Somers, MT and Gary Carter (Diane) of North English; her grandchildren, Cara, Chris, Travis, Fin, Michael and Nick; her great grandchildren, Mercedes, Cori, Sadie, Jude and Jocci; her great great grandchild Leeda; and her brother Robert Kelley of North English.
