He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd "Jinx" Fuller and Esther Fuller (Pope); his wife Maryann Vercande; his daughter Cindy Fuller; his granddaughters, Cassondra and Andrea Davis; and his siblings, Richard Fuller and Barbara Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Davis (Paul) of Wellman, Vicki Clemens (William) of Keota, Michele Fuller of Keota and Matt Fuller (Lori) of Boulder, CO; his grandchildren, Jerrica Luke (Sawyer), Breanna Davis, Danielle Brower, Erin Brower, David Brower, Calista Fuller and Eva Fuller; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, MacKenzie, Evelyn, Liam, Bryson, Macy, Easton, Avery and Drake; and his brother Norman Fuller (Helen) of Toddville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Washington County.
