He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G Fetzer and Kathyrine Ann Fetzer (Eichhorn); his son Dr. Steven Fetzer; and his brother Franklyn Fetzer. He is survived by: his wife Rose Lee Fetzer of North English; his children, Terry Fetzer of California, Debra Boyd (Dave) of Conesville and J. J. Shipley (Amy) of North English; his grandchildren, Cody, Shania Boyd, Steven Fetzer, Dylan, Degan and Jada Shipley; his sisters, Kay Teggatz of North English and Fay Elson of Hiawatha; and his nephew John Fetzer.
A general memorial fund has been established.
