He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Edward and Doris Joan Hall (Oldis). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Haines of North English; his stepchildren, Christina Graham (Blake), Cody Sams (Lisa) and Steve Sams (Dalandra); his sister Carol Tietz (Tim) of Hiawatha; his nieces, Laura Elm (Jake) and Diedre Howe (Thomas); and his great-niece Brooklyn Howe. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
