He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Franklin and Jessie Irene Blaylock (Edmundson); his siblings, Pat Blaylock, Gary Blaylock and Karen Gent (Marvin); his siblings-in-law, Arnold Hanson and Kathleen Hanson; and his nephew Robin Blaylock.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Hanson White of North English; his daughters, Lisa Dugger (Mike) of Lake Mills, Teresa Schmidt (Kyhl) of Lone Tree and Ann Sieren (Allan) of North English; his grandchildren, Ali, Stephanie, Charlie Dugger, Maggie, Abbie, Michael Schmidt, Emyle, Seth Thompson, Tyler and Madi Sieren; his great grandchildren, Thrusher Thompson, Brayleigh, Kinleigh Dyer and Nash Sieren; his sister Karyl Miller (Bill) of Wellman; and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Blaylock of Virginia, Sandy Blaylock of Florida and Elaine Mowry of Williamsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the North English QRS, North English Fire Department or the English Valleys FFA.
