He was predeceased by: his parents, William Witt and Myrtie Witt (Pribbenow); his siblings, Edna Hallabrin, Harold Witt (Genevieve Witt) and Bonnie Billings (Jim Billings); and his nephews, Bruce Billings, Dan Marrs and Bill Witt.
He is survived by: his nephew Jim Witt; and his nieces, Barb O'Donnell, Jolene Juhl and Cindy Fink.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sheckler Colonial Chapel (114 N Hawkeye Ave, Nora Springs, IA 50458). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
