Jerry E. Schlapkohl Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry E. Schlapkohl of Nichols, Iowa, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Roy. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Irene Schlapkohl (Droll) of Lone Tree; his wife Sue LeRette of Nichols; and his siblings, Kathy Colbert (Steve) of Riverside, Chris Cole (Randy) of Riverside, Susan Schott (Larry) of Riverside and Teresa Wyatt (Jeff McDowell) of Lone Tree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Nichols Fire and Rescue in memory of Jerry.
