He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Nichols; his stepson Tom Lee (Maggie) of Eddyville; his children, Edward Fulcher and Kristie Warner of Kentucky; and his sister Joyce Ferns of Canfield, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
