He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bush and Laura Bush (Neifert); and his wife Betty Bogue. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Wilkening (Gary) of Monroe; his grandson Ryan Wilkening of Pleasant Hill; his great grandchild Reed Wilkening of Pleasant Hill; and his siblings, Sara Hendricks (Bryce) of Rio Rancho and John Bush of Killduff.
