He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Jontz and Esther Jontz (Price); his son Jerry Jontz; his grandson James Baxter McCoy; and his sister Jean Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Macy; and his daughter Jody McCoy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many good neighbors and friends.
