She was predeceased by: her parents, Rease Sullivan and Sarah Elizabeth McCarty (Tubbs); her husband Terry L. Mateson; her sister Bernice; her brother-in-law Dean Miller; her niece Linda Blackmere; her nephew Phillip Tosten; and her sister Cleo Tosten (Norman).
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Ryan Rhodes, Mark Mattson, Emerson Mattson, Cindy Pricke and Robin McGahee; and her nieces, Susan Tosten and Nancy Nygren (Kevin).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Vicki's family, or to a charity of your choosing.
