With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Carter of Newton, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Peiffer and Phyllis Peiffer (Shafer). She is survived by: her sons, Bill Carter of Newton and David Carter of Newton; her siblings, Tammy Peiffer of Newton, Randy Peiffer of Grimes and Sharon Peiffer Mabie of Melbourne; and her mother-in-law Thelma Carter of Newton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
