She is survived by: her children, Steven M. Church of Richardson and Joyce Bagnall (Gary) of Johnston; her grandchildren, Cassie Crummett (Brian) of Pella, Kim Douglas (Rob) of Ankeny, Amy Van Blair (Dave) of Ankeny and Kristi Sterling (Steve) of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Brianna, Anna, Katelyn, Chase, Preston, Isabella, Rosalyn and Benjamin; her sister Charlotte Auten of Newton; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Brain of Newton and Carlene Tesch of St. Ansgar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
