She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Dean and Grace Hawkins (Keith); and her siblings, Ronny, Danny Hawkins and Linda Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Delk (Amy), MeLissa Budinich (Merek), Kurtis Delk and Kory; the father of her children LeRoy Delk of Newton; her grandchildren, Tanner Delk of Newton, Ashlee Young (Dylan) of Newton, MeLayna Budinich of Newton, MaKarra Budinich of Newton, Harper Delk of Newton, Garrett Cook of Newton, Lindsay Campbell of Newton and Avery Omann of Newton; and her siblings, Judy Taylor of Newton, Becky Schafer of Newton and Donny Hawkins (Nancy) of Wisconsin. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
