He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred, Mary Lou Abel, Richard and Armyllis Boettcher; and his stepbrother Jeremie Heller.
He is survived by: his parents, Tom Abel (Angie Plumb) of Newton and Vicki Heller (Sonny Cupples) of Newton; and his stepbrothers, Ryan Plumb, Michael Plumb, Jordan Long and Travis.
