He is survived by: his wife Donna Spidle of Newton; his stepsons, Eric Forst (Nina) of Newton and Tim Forst (Beth) of Winterset; and his siblings, Richard Spidle of Waukee, Kay McCann (Elmer) of Omaha and Deb Enochson (Jerry) of North Liberty. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
