It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Rae Spidle of Newton, Iowa, born in Leon, Iowa, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spidle and Gretchen Pauline Spidle (Miller); and his brother Jack Spidle. He is survived by: his wife Donna Spidle of Newton; his stepsons, Eric Forst (Nina) of Newton and Tim Forst (Beth) of Winterset; and his siblings, Richard Spidle of Waukee, Kay McCann (Elmer) of Omaha and Deb Enochson (Jerry) of North Liberty. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
