He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Arlene Ballard (McWhirter); and his siblings, Shannon Musser (Duane) of Williamsburg, Bill Cupples of Newton and Tony Cupples (Kim) of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and other family member and friends.
