She is survived by: her children, Sheron Kay, Jerry Dean, Donald Paul Jr., Sheree Church of Newton, Jerry Fortune (Sue) of Newton and Don Fortune (Gwen) of Newton; and her grandchildren, Todd Church (Lori), Troy Church, Tami Worley (Scott), Shaun Fortune (Julia), Andrea Jansen (Alex), Amanda Menninga (Ryan) and Thomas Fortune.
