She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Parker. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Parker (Pantry) of Des Moines; her husband Keat Haycox of Newton; her children, Jennifer Goldsmith of Fort Dodge, Jessica Martin of Newton, Justene Barton of Des Moines, Phillip Staver, Jr. of Newton and Jacinda Staver of Des Moines; her stepchildren, Brandi Gordy of Boone and Dustyn Marie Kiestler (Chris) of Concord; and her siblings, Ted Parker of Cherokee, Diana Ford of Altoona and Kirk Parker of Des Moines. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
