She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Doris Maxine Smith (Lust); her husband Kenneth E. Loomis; her daughter Pamela Jo Brodersen; and her siblings, Sharon Kooyman and Dennis Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy McCoy (Mike); her grandchildren, Cody McCoy (Kaitlyn) and Cameron McCoy; her great grandchild Maverick; and her siblings, Susan Snook (Bill), Donald Smith, Douglas Smith and Deb Horton (Bruce).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reese Funeral Home & Cremation Services (310 N 2nd Ave E, Newton, IA 50208). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
