It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Marshall of Newton, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Marshall (Koder) and James Frank Marshall; his wife Linda Shultz; his grandson Tyler Marshall; and his sisters, Karen Samuelson (Bill) and Mary Henning.
He is survived by: his sons, Rod Marshall (Jaime) of Eddyville and Gene Marshall (Carrie) of Onawa; his grandchildren, Justin Marshall, Jordan Marshall, Avery Marshall, Allen Marshall, Dixie Marshall, Alexious Batchfield (Crystal Dalldorf), Destiny Batchfield, Oliver Batchfield and Ezekial Batchfield; and his brother-in-law Jim Henning of Kellogg.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory (1115 E 19th St N, Newton, IA 50208-2539). A committal service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Silent City Cemetery.
