It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Johnson (Newton, Iowa), born in Liscomb, Iowa, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melick Johnson and Evelyn Johnson (Bixby); his parents-in-law, Lowell and Doris McKibben; his sister Mary Lou Foster; his son-in-law James "Jim" Schnell; and his brothers-in-law, Paul McKibben, Darrell Conlee, Tom Foster and Don Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Michael Kevin Johnson (Jody) of State Center, Barry Dean Johnson (Terri) of Polk City, Kimberly Sue DeGraff (Scott) of Colfax and Jody Anne Vogt (Scott) of Gold Canyon, AZ; his grandchildren, Jason Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Crystal Schroeder (Garrett), Jamie Detrick (Taylor), Eric Johnson (Tessa), Amy Niederhauser (Jake), Kyle Schnell, Brittany Marshall (Cecil) and Joseph Beeler; his stepgrandchildren, D. J. Beeler (Allison) and Kodey Roseland (Ashley); and his sisters, Marilyn Conlee of Tuscon, AZ, Ranvae Baker of Richmond, TX and Betty Rimpson of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
