It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Mendenhall (Newton, Iowa), who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nile Stephen and Helena Mendenhall (Cartwright); and his siblings, Richard, Rollie, Ramon and Rita Jane.

He is survived by: his wife Lila; his sons, Todd (Kristen) and Dan (Pam); and his granddaughters, Alyssa, Katie, Kelsy and Jessica.
