He is survived by: his wife Bernice Veenstra; his children, Rod Van Soelen (Marla), Karla Kriegel (Tom), Brad Van Soelen (Deb) and Brenda Vander Pol (Tony Aldrich); his siblings, Donald Van Soelen (Pat) and Joanne Sjaardema (Marvin); and his sister-in-law Millie Van Soelen.
