We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2020, at the age of 99, Rachel Mae Coye (Newton, Iowa), born in Tama, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Atchison and Eva Mae Atchison (Smith); her husband Kenneth Coye; her daughter Ruth Ayoub; her siblings, Arnold Atchison, Vivian Brecht (Clarence), Lorraine Vore (Virgil), John Atchison, Bob Atchison, Bud Atchison, Bonnie Skarda and Patty Hansen; her children-in-law, Barb Coye and Keith Ayoub; and her brothers-in-law, Cliff Brower and Paul Chyma.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Coye of Newton and Paul Coye (Dee) of Post Falls, ID; her sisters, Donna Brower of Texas and Mary Chyma of Toledo; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Atchison of Coeur, LaRue Atchison of Tama and Chuck Skarda of Brooklyn. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one step-grandson; one great-great-grandchild.
