It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Quentin Devore of Newton, Iowa, born in Purdin, Missouri, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew DeVore and Wilma DeVore (Hawkins); and his siblings, Myron DeVore and MaryLou Havens. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan McGurn (Michael) of Bellevue, Andrea DeVore of Newton and Jill McMahon (Jim) of Newton; and his grandchildren, Christina DeVore-Alexander, Sharly Yowell (Ryan), Joshua Fritz (Katelynn), Jenelle Fitzpatrick (Alan), Nathan Beintema and Megan Beintema-Anderson (Justin). He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren; and his dog, Buddy.
