He is survived by: his wife Dianna Dougan of Monroe; his siblings, Jerry Dougan (Sharron) of Addison, TX and Judi Dougan of Tucson, AZ; his children, Lisa Hotlsclaw (Brent) of Baxter, Curtiss Dougan (Christy) of Hurst, TX and John Dougan (Linda) of Newton; his granddaughter Annie Dougan; his stepgrandson Grant Howe; and his stepgreat-grandson Eli Colungo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous family friends.
