It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle R Barker of Newton, Iowa, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Longren and Marilyn Longren (Meier). She is survived by: her husband John Barker of Newton; her children, Melanie Humphrey (Dave) of Newton, Brandon Barker (Nashla Fiock), S. Navy and Blaine Barker (Noella) of Newton; her grandchildren, Madison Humphrey (Grant Sexton), Gabbie Humphrey, Everleigh Barker and Delaney Fiock; and her siblings, Missy Hodges (Curt) of Newton and Tony Longren (Glenda) of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
