He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar McGhghy and Erma McGhghy (Ross); and his son Christopher McGhghy. He is survived by: his wife Tammi Hubbard of Newton; his children, Cheyenne Marie McGhghy and Christian McGhghy of Newton; his grandchildren, Zaya Marie St. Pierre and Bennington St. Pierre; and his siblings, Diane Lemke of Lancaster, Daniel McGhghy (Mikkey) of Ottumwa, Joann Leck (Walden) of Ottumwa, David McGhghy of Newton and Timothy McGhghy (Melissa) of Des Moines. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
