She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Rasmussen and Viola Rasmussen (Lemons); her son Bill Richtsmeier (Julie) of Newton; her granddaughter Danielle Richtsmeier; and her siblings, James Lemons and Dianne Corson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Richtsmeier of Newton; and her son Tim Richtsmeier (Angie) of Ankeny.
