She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hill and Rosemary Hill; her husband Richard; her son Steve; her brother Jack Hill; and her daughter-in-law Carole Means.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Means (Melinda) of Port Charlotte and Dan Means of Urbandale, Iowa; her sister Janice Hill of Des Moines; her daughter-in-law Anne Means (Steve) of Madison, Wisc.; and her grandchildren, Katy Means of Seattle, Claire Means of Madison, Molly Means of Miami, Fla., Micah Means of Memphis, Tenn, Melissa Horton (Ben), Ryan Litogot (Katie) of Urbandale and Michael Litogot (Alicia) of New Hampton. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Park Centre Care Facility or Jasper County Animal Rescue League.
