He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. J. L. and Lucille Walker (Coleman); and his brother Thomas "Tommy" Walker. He is survived by: his wife Randa Walker of Newton; his sons, Corey Walker (Beth) of Ankeny, Kelly Walker of Raleigh and Kerry Walker (Mindi) of Newton; his grandchildren, Sophia, Corbin Walker, Madi, Aidan, Jack Walker, Evan and Ethan Walker; his brother Jesse Walker (Susan) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his nephew Jared Bazal (Megan).
