We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 84, Lawrence Dell Funk of Newton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard H. Funk and Iona Double Funk; and his siblings, Leroy Funk and Norma Jean Funk. He is survived by: his wife Janice Vancise; his children, Teresa Nash (Fred) of Pierce City, MO., Jeff Funk of Newton, Curt Funk of Victor and Angie Funk Jones of Newton; his grandchildren, Justin Nash, Mendy of Monett, MO., Aaron Funk of Newton, Jeffery Funk of Newton, Kirstyn Jones of Newton and Brandon Jones of Colfax; his great grandchildren, Marley, Rueben Nash of Monnet, MO., Benson Funk of Newton and Jaxton Funk of Newton; and his daughters, Euni Carkhuff of Holland, MI., Betsy Hingst of Keokuk, IA. and Becca Carkhuff of Burlington, IA..
