She was predeceased by: her brother Brian D. Wallace; her stepfather Carl O'Neill; and her grandparents, Cletis, Dorothy Beard (Porter), Everett Sr. and Ellen Wallace (Sanders).
She is survived by: her parents, Everett Laverne Wallace (Janice) of Newton and Mary Louise O'Neill of Arkansas; her siblings, Bryan J. Williams of Newton, Eric T. Wallace (Kelly) of Sully, Kevin K. Wallace of Newton, Nick R. Wallace (Brandy) of Newton and Christine L. Jungck (Kurt) of Grimes; and her pets, Sasha and Skeeter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
