Stevens of Newton; his sons, David (Cathleen DeCook) and Kent (Monica DeCook); his grandchildren, Thomas, Trish DeCook of Omaha, NE, Ben, Kristin DeCook of Newton, IA, Kelsea DeCook, Kaylea Simas of Sunrise Beach, MO, Nick DeCook of Minneapolis, MN, Megan DeCook of Minneapolis, MN, Michael DeCook of Ames, IA and Steven DeCook of St. Paul, MN; and his great grandchildren, Nora DeCook, Benton DeCook, Abby DeCook and Dylan DeCook.
