He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Dowling and Margaret Dowling (Meyer); his wife Martha Thompson Dowling; his children, Shannon Dowling, Elaine Dowling, Keegan Dowling and Robert Dowling; his grandchildren, Kamden and Laila; and his sister Christina Strange. He was also cherished by his many extended family and friends.
