He is survived by: his parents, Courtney Johnson and Morgan Johnson; his grandparents, Todd, Teresa Meyer, Richard, Diane Johnson and Steve Poschke-Moore; his great-grandparents, Durella Meyer, Leslie Van Hoosen, Patricia, Richard Johnson, Carolyn and Byrl Moore; his great-great-grandparent Doris Moore; and his aunts and uncles, Caitlyn Meyer (Mike Bastow), Clay Meyer, Brandon Johnson, Sophie Johnson, Ian Johnson, Marisa Kerr, Ashlynn Wilken and Haylea Wilken.
