He is survived by: his children, Joe Wood of Newton, Jim Wood (Mary) of Newton, Randy Wood of Newton and Carolyn Mouton (Guy) of South Lake, Texas; his grandchildren, Brandi Rinehart (Chad), Dustin Wood (Jackie), Jessica Miller (Heath), Noelle Mouton, Danae Mouton, Schyler Wood, Hannah Wipf (Caleb) and Sarah Reynolds (Conner); and his stepgrandsons, Michael Hoover and Matthew Hoover (Amy). He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
