He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Wendy Bollhoefer of Ames, Jeromy Olson of Bridgewater, Rob Warner (Candace) of Pella, Corey Warner (Karen) of Acworth, Georgia and Jeff Warner (Toni) of Gardner, Kansas; and his siblings, Ted Olson (Peggy) of Mitchellville, Dorothy Dick of Fairborn and Sue Phipps of Independence, Missouri. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; one great-grandson.
