He was predeceased by: his parent Dalcy Holdsworth; and his wife Aileene. He is survived by: his daughter Carol D. Macksey (James) of Newton; and his granddaughters, Sarah Macksey (Rick Cline) of Omaha and Paula Odekirk (Aaron) of Boone.
