He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Behrens and Katheryn Behrens (Steinberger); and his siblings, Jane Tuffin and Johnny Behrens. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Behrens of Newton; his son Michael Behrens (Melinda) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Julie, Kylie and David Behrens; his brother Jack Behrens (Randa) of Chicago; his nephews, Kirk, Scott and Brian; and his niece Kay.
