She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nichols and Tunnie Nichols (Onstank); her husband Archie Carson; her children, Ron Carson, Steve Carson and Patricia Grabau; and her sisters, Louise Work, Pat Buttrey and Bonnie Grunhaupt.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Greg Carson (Jennifer) of Villa Rica, Georgia and Matt Carson (Jackie) of Newton; her great grandchildren, Bridget Shoemaker (Brandon), Devin, Indy, Isabella, Gracie Carson, Halle, Bree and Cole Carson; her great great grandchildren, Mila and Bradley Shoemaker; her children-in-law, Forrest Grabau of Boone and Vickie Carson-Liston (George) of Newton; and her brother Tom Nichols (Swaney) of Tracy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
