It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Chandler Sr. (Newton, Iowa), born in Nevinville, Iowa, who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Ervin and Madge Marie Chandler (Copeland); his stepdaughter Dianna Lynn Glenn; his brother Walt Chandler; and his friend Sheila Kearns.
He is survived by: his son Jerry Lee Chandler, Jr. of Newton; his grandsons, Hunter Reed Chandler and Logan Marie Chandler of Newton; his stepchildren, Charles Robert DeBruyn (Sue), Marvin Dean DeBruyn and Kristina Jo Etter (Gary); his sister Barb Lemonds; and also Dennis Glenn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
