She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Arthur and Dorothy Hays (Salmon). She is survived by: her husband Danny Nichols of Newton; her children, David Nichols (Melonee) of Cedar Rapids, Larry Nichols of Knoxville and Ann Wiggins (Scott) of Sunrise Beach, Texas; her grandchildren, Jill Bishop (Ryan), Christina Knoop (Brad), Burke Wiggins (Cecily Koss) and Nicholas Wiggins; her great grandchildren, Nash, Noah Bishop, Reid, Conner and Lucy Knoop; her sister Karen Kearney of Des Moines; and her nephew Kent Kearney of Des Moines.
