She is survived by: her parents, Frank Campbell and Carolyn Campbell (Dee) of Newton; her husband Mark Butler of Newton; and her brothers, Randy Campbell of Pleasant Hill and Jeff Campbell (Karen) of Baxter. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
