He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Drew and Inez Nadine Drew (Linder); his wife Penny Drew; and his siblings, Bob Drew and Karen Simotavich.
He is survived by: his son Patrick Michael Drew of Des Moines; his grandsons, Jake Drew (Vicki) of Newton and Joshua Drew of Des Moines; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Harley, Zachary and Ezekiel; and his cousin Dave Drew (Pat) of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
